Please do not hesitate to contact Lomito about an item or your order at any time.

Items are shipped within 3-7 business days once payment is received. If you need the item shipped sooner, please let me know.

Shipping is made through ELTA Hellenic Post. All orders will be provided with tracking number for piece of mind.

*For international orders please note that LOMITO CERAMICS will not be responsible for any duties/taxes/fees that the package will incur upon arrival to it's destination. That is your responsibility as the purchaser. Sorry!

 

PAYMENT

Lomito recycles. So whenever possible we will use recycled material for the packaging but in good condition.

If this is a gift and you require new box please contact us and we’ll make it happen.

RETURNS AND DAMAGE

All sales are considered final.

Although if you are not happy with your LOMITO ,you can contact us within 5 days after receiving the order through email lomitoceramics@gmail.com to arrange the return of the item.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs including tracking number. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

In the unlikely event of damage during shipment, it is important that you keep all of the original product & packaging and notify me within 2 days of receipt along with photographs to arrange another solution.

Please note, since all products are handcrafted , there may be slight variations in colour, textures, finish and dimensions .

Each piece is either hand built or wheel thrown and loaded with individual characteristics. These are all part of what make each piece unique. Not all glazes used are lead free and food-safe. If the glaze is not food safe and should be used for decoration only I will state it in the description. Be careful with highly staining foods on matte white pieces. And anything acidic, which can ruin a piece. Each piece is stamped with Lomito's mark.

RECOMMENDED CARE

Hand washing is what I recommend. Do not put in the microwave/oven or the dishwasher
On many of LOMITO pieces the rims and bottoms are unglazed and can have a slightly rough texture, so take care when placing on your furniture.

Treat all of your pieces with extra care, and lot’s of love.
