Refund policy
All sales are considered final.
Although if you are not happy with your LOMITO ,you can contact us within 5 days after receiving the order through email lomitoceramics@gmail.com to arrange the return of the item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs including tracking number. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
In the unlikely event of damage during shipment, it is important that you keep all of the original product & packaging and notify me within 2 days of receipt along with photographs to arrange another solution.
Please note, since all products are handcrafted , there may be slight variations in color, textures, finish and dimensions .
Each piece is either hand built or wheel thrown and loaded with individual characteristics. These are all part of what make each piece unique. Not all glazes used are lead free and food-safe. If the glaze is not food safe and should be used for decoration only I will state it in the description. Be careful with highly staining foods on matte white pieces. And anything acidic, which can ruin a piece. Each piece is stamped with Lomito's mark.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gasses. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only accepted by agreement. Please contact us first.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
